It is optimal to use it with the Amplifier whose energy amplifies the power of the expression of the intention. 
You can hold it in your hands at the beginning of a meditation, it helps you establish calmth and serene openness. Placed at the level of the Heart, it makes it possible to clarify your deep intentions and to align your expression with this intention.
The Voice emits the vibrations of Peace and Serenity, and, combined with the Amplifier, intensifies the expression of these energies. 
The energy of the Voice can also enrich an energy work session, directing the point towards the chakras, or offering the radiation of the Instrument in large circular movements in the aura of the being receiving the session. 
Also place the flat side of the Instrument, its base, near the eyes, working in small circular motions. This energizes the eyes, heales them, and promotes inner vision."
